Polybag Sale Manager

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 17:30PM (1 hour Lunch break),
  • Saturday: Rotation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Polybag Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our polybag products. This role requires a strong understanding of the polybag market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Duties
  • Find an order and a new buyer.
  • Ongoing polybag sales achievement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare a quotation and sample.
  • Schedule production and delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company
  • Follow up with the customer about ordering and Follow-up AR
  • Collect payment
  • Prepare sale work plan.
  • Understand the production flow and have knowledge of the plastic formula and raw materials.
  • Develop a sales plan, lead, and deliver sales targets.
  • Be able to solve any issues arising among the teams.
  • Prepare regular sales reports weekly and monthly and make a stock report update to the director for the purchase new stock.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sale, Marketing, or a related field preferred (experience is preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the packaging or plastics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the polybag market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Khmer and English.
