The "Strengthening Preservice Education System for Health Professionals” (SPESHP) Project is funded by the World Bank and managed by the Ministry of Health during the period 2020 to 2026. The project aims to improve the quality of education for health professionals entering the workforce in response to health system needs. It targets two priority areas, which accordingly form the first two project components. The first component aims to improve the governance of health professionals’ education in Cambodia by establishing education regulations and standards as well as measuring educational outcomes. The second component aims to strengthen competency-based teaching and learning capacity in selected health training institutions (HTIs) including University of Health Sciences (UHS) and four regional training centers (RTCs). The third component will support the project management, monitoring and evaluation.

Key responsibilities
The National IT Network Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing an organization's network infrastructure. The role ensures efficient, secure, and reliable network operations, supporting the organization's communication and business processes. Main Tasks: the National IT Network Consultant will carry out the following tasks, in close consultant and under direction of Project Operations and IT team.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" Fourth Edition, November 2020 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the selection of Individual Consultant method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Fourth Edition November 2020.
