Cufa has been developing community access to affordable financial services in the Asia Pacific region for nearly 50 years, working cooperatively at grassroots through to government levels, building capacity in emerging financial cooperative movements to create sustainability, improve lives, and relieve poverty.

Cufa is looking for a full time Graphic Designer role who is based in Phnom Penh Office. The Graphic Designer will support in national and international office to ensure the marketing and other design of the organization are well-functioning. The designer has responsibility to maintenance and support all Cufa Marketing and Graphic Design needs.

Duties

Provide graphic design expertise to create marketing material for Cufa, including cultural items, print, digital, and online media.
Work closely with the supervisor and project team to design project materials that meet project implementation and donor needs.
Ensure that Cufa’s communication materials are in accordance with Cufa Guidelines.
Develop graphic design work in cooperation with marketing and management needs.
Manage and problem-solve challenges and issues as they arise.
Work cooperatively with the supervisor and all other staff members.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
Other relevant duties as requested by Cufa management.

Requirements

An educational and/or employment background in graphic design.
Strong experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Publisher, and InDesign.
Demonstrated innovative graphic design skills in creating: brochures, newsletters, annual reports, proposal and website material.
Very strong attention to detail and consistency in all graphic design concepts and documents.
Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Good interpersonal, organisational, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the capacity to maintain open and constructive communication with a wide range of stakeholders in an international context.
Experience working with both print and online formats.
