The Purpose of Position:
Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Senior Program Effectiveness Manager, the Asset Creation Manager will be part of the program effectiveness team responsible for contextualizing and aligning the Asset Creation pathway with the new FH program model, Resilience and Flourish through Systems Transformation (RFST), and line ministry standards. This role leads resource development, program design, representation, project/program management, monitoring, and staff training for the effective implementation of Asset Creation strategies and the rollout of its technical specializations. The specialist will conduct analyses to identify priority value chains and coordinate systemic interventions to promote these selected value chains along with the Agriculture Value Chain Specialist. Additionally, the Asset Creation Manager will spearhead entrepreneurship and business development activities within the framework of economic, environmental, and social inclusion for vulnerable groups.

The Purpose of Position:
The MERL Manager leads the design, implementation, and oversight of the Country Office’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) strategies. This role ensures acquisition of quality data, the use of robust evaluation frameworks, supports evidence-based programmatic decision-making by making insights from program data available, fosters a culture of continuous improvement through generating evidence for RFTS (Resilience and Flourishing through Systems Transformation) program model. The MERL Manager will work cross-functionally, co-leading in program design using systems thinking and human-centered design (HCD) approaches.
The Purpose of Position:
Under the overall guidance and supervision of Productive Learning Manager, the Education Specialist will be part of the program effectiveness team responsible for contextualizing and aligning the Productive Learning pathway, particularly on the formal and non-formal education with the new FH program model, Resilience and Flourish through Systems Transformation (RFST), and line ministry standards. This role will provide leadership in implementing this new approach to learning through Formal and Non-formal Education (FNE) to improve learners’ knowledge and skills, preparing them to be resilient and productive members of society. The Ed Specialist will explore the different arrays of educational settings and experiences beyond the traditional classroom and will leverage the surrounding environment, nature, social and cultural principles, relationships, and institutions, among other formal and informal settings to promote learning experiences throughout the lifetime of learners.
