Position Summary

Working hour:

  • Full-Time 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Monday - Friday (Lunch Break 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
  • 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM on Saturday (Lunch break 12:00PM – 01:00PM)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operations Planning and Management:
  • Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Manage daily retail operations, ensuring the store and online platform run smoothly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and oversee stock control to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, from customer purchase to final delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics, including supplier management and transportation planning.
  • Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Supervise stock control, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization
  • Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and minimize product loss
  • Logistics and Delivery Coordination
  • Manage delivery scheduling and route planning
  • Ensure on-time delivery to dealers, gyms, and end customers
  • Work with internal and external logistics providers for efficient transport
  • Process Improvement and Cost Control
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Streamline workflows to reduce cost and time without compromising quality
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets and KPIs
  • Team Supervision and Training
  • Lead and train operations, warehouse, and delivery staff
  • Set team goals, assign duties, and evaluate team performance
  • Foster a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and accountability
  • Customer Service and Support
  • Support customer service by resolving delivery or stock issues promptly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through process accuracy and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with CS and Sales team to address operational bottlenecks
  • Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Support the GM in strategic planning through accurate data and insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management
  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication in Khmer and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and logistics tools
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution is a strong advantage
 

Accountant

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and examine financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Coordinate with an external tax agency during annual tax.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Work closely with the CS team and all colleagues from our group company.

Requirements:
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, POS system) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Good networking and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience at least 2 years.
  • Good command in English.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a daily work plan accurately and clearly based on the actual role.
  • Clean assigned areas in an orderly, hygienic, and thorough manner.
  • Perform daily checks on equipment to ensure everything is working properly. Report anything that is missing or broken.
  • Manage store inventory by regularly counting stock before sales begin (verify the listed inventory with actual stock), and prepare clear daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports according to stock levels.
  • Handle product sales efficiently in all stores, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately process payments and issue invoices according to product pricing, and properly handle cash (be cautious of counterfeit or damaged money).
  • Prepare and package products according to customer orders, ensuring cleanliness.
  • Accurately collect money from or with the carrier, ensuring clear documentation.
  • Contact customers who have purchased products from our store, either via Coach or in person.
  • Ensure products sent to stores are managed safely, cleanly, and without confusion.
  • Process sales with clear and organized accounting.
  • Accept and address customer feedback, making accurate notes, and report to the manager (escalate to the manager immediately if unresolved).
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma (12th grade or higher).
  • Proficient in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
  • Single, attractive female, weighing at least 45 kg and 155 cm in height or taller.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be responsible, honest, friendly, proactive, patient, detail-oriented, able to work in a team, and committed to self-development.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, email, and social media.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience at least 2 years.
  • Good command in English.
  • Preference will be given to individuals who exercise regularly.
