The HALO Trust is a foreign NGO that clears explosive ordnance in Cambodia. Our mission is to protect lives and restore livelihoods that have been affected by the explosive remnants of war. HALO has been working in Cambodia since 1991 and currently employs over 1,100 staff to work on mine clearance and explosive ordnance disposal projects in the north and northwest of the country.
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
We are recruiting 5 translators with excellent English language skills to work on one full time contract. The position will be based in Siem Reap and will require regular travel to HALO offices in Kamrieng, Thma Da and Anlong Veaeng. Additionally, this position will require spending time in remote locations in challenging conditions including minefields. Basic accommodation and food allowance will be provided based on the time spent travelling and working out of Siem Reap.
