Announcement Description

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Department/Division: Warehouse (Oudong and Mechey)

Location: Oudong, Kondal Province

Report to: Factory Operation Manager/ Account Supervisor

Duties

Regularly check and counting stock level at Oudong and Mechey warehouse.
Complete the required paperwork when stock in and out or movements
Comparing items received against items ordered
Updating stock information to computer by collecting “Receiving note” or “Stock report”
Perform random checks and audits at others warehouse beside BHG
Maintenance equipment, facilities and other material in warehouse tasks
Manage and control packing, loading, unloading and staging process
Check and Prepare packaging, thread or other stuffs prior to packing
Manage bag storage and sending report to Logistic team every Mondays
Make sure all packing process are correctly according to by products in valid registration number or type of products.
Maintain on quality of products before delivery to the target customers, perform as inspector.
Report re-packing or re-processing QTY and according to schedule of factory operation manager setting out.
Complete and file packing report everyday by excel or system as mentioned
Send Daily Stock Inventory Report to factory operation manager
Maintain are all products, storage/keeping by stock map
Strong practical on stock methods has been setting out, accurate data and workable every warehouse.
Monitor container/ trucks/ Vans…. loading process at Oudong /Mechey warehouse
Other tasks assigned by managers

Duties

Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Concepts and contents
Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
Create rough and final cuts
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
Working with sub contract for movie productions
Has some graphic designing on banner or backdrop
Any others tasks assigned by marketing manager/GM/MD/CEO
