with Institute of Technology of Cambodia
The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) has received a project from the seventh round of the Mekong-Korea Cooperation Fund (MKCF). The project has received approval from the Mekong Institute under the theme "Integrated Watershed Management of the Mekong Basin Tributary for Adaptation to Climate Change in Cambodia." This project will be implemented in the Stung Prek Tnaot Basin and the Mekong River Basin. This large river basin frequently experiences disasters such as floods exacerbated by the effects of climate change and land cover changes. These factors impact people, animals, property, infrastructure, and socio-economics. Research on river basin management is crucial to mitigate these impacts and provide policy recommendations for improving sustainable river basin management."
