Seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join a new MRO in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The candidate responsible for Organization’s quality assurance and ensures staff are technically qualified based on regulations. Manages the progress and reviews the Organization/Repair Station‘s Quality system, Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Safety Management System (SMS) and Training Manual to ensures that these follow regulatory guidelines.

The candidate responsible for certifying and leading a team of technicians to perform aircraft maintenance tasks, attending to routine transit/daily/weekly/monthly checks, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft and engines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
