Equitable Cambodia (EC) is a Cambodian organization working to promote development which respects and protects human rights, sustainable natural resources, transparency and social justice in a democratic way. Equitable Cambodia was registered by the Ministry of Interior as a Cambodian national non-governmental organization in March 2012.

The EC’s Operation Department is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the position of ICT Officer, which is based in Phnom Penh, with frequent travels to the field. This is a fulltime position with a one-year contract and possibility for renewal.

Under the supervision of the HR/Admin Manager, the ICT Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:

Duties
  • Photograph and film all Equitable Cambodia’s various events for documentation or advocacy purposes;
  • Work closely with Equitable Cambodia’s program to document their activities and achievements
  • Develop multimedia content and post on Equitable Cambodia’s website and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram and Line);
  • Organize ICT and social media training to EC target communities
  • Manage Equitable Cambodia’s YouTube and Facebook account
  • Take the lead on the design of Equitable Cambodia’s print publications when needed
  • Develop and maintain a video, photo and multimedia internal database; and
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks to support the programs (including the translation of documents from English into Khmer and vice versa).
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Media and Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, Visual Communications or related field;
  • Experience in developing and editing sound and video;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and/or Sound Forge, and at least basic knowledge of InDesign/Illustrator and Photoshop;
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer;
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with organization’s team and partners;
