Reports to: Head of Program- Cambodia.
Summary:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning processes within an organization. S/He is an Accountability focal point and ensures that effective systems and processes are in place to monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of programs and projects, and that the organization's accountability and learning objectives are met.
Regardless of the content of this job description the employee is expected to participate in any task necessary for the organization delegated by the manager at all times.
