Content Writer-Chinese

Duties
  • Writing an excellent of all organization contents such as commercial writing in khmer and Chinese (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners,) press release, annual report with creative and original content
  • Collaborating with, creative team, and designers to write up the attractive call to action content
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Understand media behavior in the market, competitor on media and suggest on the best effective way to write attractive content
  • Self-improvement in term of interpersonal & soft skill, commercial writing, planning, creative, attention to detail, determination, self-disciple, integrity and get along with internal and external environment

Requirements

Senior Designer

Duties
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include company logo, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Work with related stakeholders to understand their designing expectation and supporting them on brainstorm and designing following branding identity with creative concept
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout

Requirements

  • Set up or design Enterprise Fraud Management function for related fraud prevention

Requirements

Senior Manager, Data Administration

Duties
  • Lead a team of exempt and non-exempt employees while serving as a mentor, leader, and subject matter expert.
  • Identify strategic opportunities, strengths, weaknesses, and threats of department/team to determine and implement strategic plans.
  • Provide guidance and leadership on creating and maintaining organizational data.
  • Determine how to most effectively create and structure data storage systems, leveraging their familiarity with one or more database management systems to create and enact a data infrastructure system that’s robust and secure but that still provides necessary personnel with the access they need.
  • Improve and maintain the performance of database by Tuning database.
  • Implement and update new release of database changes as summited by the Development team.
  • Ensure availability and performance of the database that support to all bank's systems.
  • Install or restore database for new environment requested by Project Manager or related system owners.
  • Perform daily monitoring and make ensure uptime of all databases in DC, data guard synchronization from DC site to DR site, and other database accessing traffic performance.
  • Manage backup and recovery plans to ensure backup files able to restore.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information System/Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 year of production DBA experience (Oracle Enterprise on Linux and/or SQL Server on Windows) and 2+ year experience in management role.
  • Thorough understanding of database theory, concepts, and technology.
  • Extensive experience with DataGuard, ASM, RDBMS monitoring systems.
  • Experience developing and maintaining automation (scripting, cron or agent jobs, etc).
  • Excellent knowledge of security issues surrounding database operations, including familiarity with database hardening processes and standards.
  • Effectively develop and deploy creative and technical solutions to database-related issues.
