Operation Staff, and Sales Executive with Evergreen Logistics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

Announcement Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Duties

Ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures
Well co-ordinate with Sale team, CS team & invoicing team to make sure whole process is properly followed
Handle documentation for SEA/AIR Freight Import/Export shipments including main jobs below:
Follow up working guideline given by customer, partner.
Coordinate with oversea partners to work smoothly.
Search for new and potential forwarder and service provider/ broker then negotiate for best prices and other commercial conditions.
Back up jobs for other documentation staffs or OP manager when necessary.
Report special cases/ troubles and work result to OP manager and President.
Ensure to understand Cambodia labor laws and companies/ department policies/ regulations are followed.

Requirements

Either Chinese or English speaking.
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good at English (Reading & Writing), business level in communication.
Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service.
Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit.
Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working Own transportation.

Duties

Set up business and action plan
Seeking and develop new customers and expand relationships to prospects
Build strong relationships to customer and vendors
Responsible for reporting related to preparation of daily, weekly and monthly and other ad-hoc reports.

Requirements

Chinese speaking
Challenge, Innovation, Teamwork spirit
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
University or College graduation
Sales working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics related is advantage
Able to communicate and write proficiently in MANDARIN.
Good command of both speaking and writing English
Proficient in PC knowledge & typing
Good at interpersonal communication
Excellent interpersonal/persuasive skill and sales orientation, achievement driven
Careful, dynamic and hard-working
