Role

Project Sales Manager, TOA Coatings (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, with the mandate to make TOA a Leading Brand in Cambodia. Project Sales encompasses developing strong relationships with all Key Stakeholders (Property Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Main-Contractors). A member of the Management Team, reporting to the Country Manager.

Duties
  • Develop, propose, and execute the Country Project Sales Strategy, and Project Sales Plans;
  • Responsible for the Project Net Sales, Win Ratio, Gross Margins, and Project Sales Cost Centre;
  • Develop and executive the “TOA Value Proposition” for each of the Key Stakeholders;
  • Build a Project Pipe-line which will be monitored through a Project Pipe-Line Tracking tool;
  • Have TOA specified by leading Property Developers, Architects and Interior Designers;
  • Establish strong relationships top Property Developers, Architects, and Interior Designers;
  • Responsible for Managing and Developing the Project Sales Team;
Requirements
  • Age: 25-35 years;
  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce or Business Administration;
  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Sales Leadership role either in Building Materials;
  • Type: Intelligent, analytical, dynamic, results-oriented, strong execution skills, people management skills, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and presentation communication skills;

Role

Marketing Manager, TOA Coatings (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, with the mandate to make TOA a Leading Brand in Myanmar. A member of the Management Team, reporting to the Country Manager.

Duties
  • Develop, propose, and execute the Country Strategy, and Marketing Plans;
  • Jointly responsible for the Country Net Sales, Gross Margins, and Marketing Cost Centre;
  • Responsible for the Marketing Mix: Product Management including New Product Development, Positioning/Price Management, Proposing Place/Channel Strategy, and Promotions;
  • Promotions encompasses Consumer Promotions, Trade Promotions, ATL/BTL, 360 Degree Communications, and Brand Building / Activations;
  • Marketing Team Management, and development;
Requirements
  • Age: 25-35 years;
  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Business Management, with Financial literacy;
  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Leadership role either in the Paint or Consumer Products Industry;

Accounting Supervisor

Duties
  • Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
  • Participate in regular tax audits and payroll
  • Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing
  • Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
  • Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor

  • Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data

HSE & ISO Supervisor (1 Position)

Duties
  • Provide professional health and safety services to the Plant Management Team towards the achievement and maintenance of plant safety goal of zero injury work environment.
  • Develop and administer major Health and Safety Initiatives, Policies & Procedures, Processes and Practices for safe operation.
  • Develop and implement effective Industrial Hygiene Programmers on the Plant
  • Co-ordinate Health and Safety Audits, Inspections, Risk Assessments and Safety Meetings.
  • Identify and appraise hazardous conditions and practices and evaluate the severity of hazards.
  • Develop and train employees on hazard control methods to prevent injuries, occupational illnesses and equipment damages.
  • Coordinate the measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness of the Hazard Control System and the development of modifications/ interventions needed to achieve optimum results.
Requirements
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational Qualification/Professional/ Work Experience
  • BSc Degree in a Science or Engineering Discipline;
  • Post graduate Training in Safety, Health & Environment Management;
  • At least 7 (seven) Years of Post-Qualification Work Experience in HSE Management;
