Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report
  • Consolidate Financial report
  • Prepare management reports to CEO and BODs
  • Other reports assigned by CEO and BODs
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial forecasts and actual through system and other related analysis
  • Financial analyze of operating income and expenses
  • Prepare cash flow forecasting and projection
  • Review monthly and annual tax return
  • Monitor accounting system
  • Prepare budget for all cinemas
  • Analyze financial performance Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
  • Review and prepare payroll
  • Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in accounting firm
  • Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
  • QB or other accounting software is a must
  • Planning and management skills, good English skills
  • Computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Dynamic, motivated, and well organized
  • Flexible and be able to meet deadlines

Stock Controller

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Control Stock Main Store Room (MSR), and Work with FnB Team to Support Stock Movement from MSR to FnB and take care delivery.
  • Check Stock Balance with actual counting to make sure stock never run out and expired.
  • Complete all Stock Transfer, Adjustment, and Verifying in Vista vs QuickBooks and send report to Supervisor daily to double check.
  • Make Purchase for some stock items assigned by stock supervisor, and purchase cleaning supply for Cinema.
  • Make Stock Request from LMG Warehouse to refill Stock MSR, and handle delivery,
  • Follow up and deal with supplier for stock purchased and received, maintain proper recording in Vista and QB, sending complete documents to payment team.
  • Maintain proper stock arrangement in MSR and cleaning when needed
  • Handle Petty Cash for Cinema, send daily report to Account team, make petty cash request and make sure there are cash available to support all department in cinema.
  • Monthly Counting and closing Stock Report, Petty Cash Report, and Cleaning Supply Report.
  • Daily verify Cashier Report part time
  • Replace each other when one staff is day off (between Stock and AR)
  • Other tasked directed by Stock Supervisor or Cinema Manager.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Experience in accounting field is an advantage
  • English proficiency, Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Be flexible, dynamic, team work and ability to work under pressure
  • Must be active and outgoing,
  • Must be honest
 

IT Projectionist
