The Dean of International College will provide leadership and oversight to USEA’s international programs, general English programs and cultivates an atmosphere of collegiality and accountability for continuous program development. USEA seeks a creative and committed leader who can advance the university’s academic international programs and general English programs, and is dedicated to work with USEA’s overseas partners for developing dual-degree programs which give students chances to have knowledge and experience in an international context. The Dean of international College ensures consistently high standards in curriculum and pedagogy while attending to practical matters of markets, financial viability, and program costs to ensure quality and sustainability of the college. She/he must work in tandem with dean of national programs and director of foreign language institute, supervises department head of international programs and coordinates with director of foreign language centers to assure the joint efforts in creating a high, international quality study environment for all students.
This is a full time position that includes travel to overseas university partners where USEA’s programs take place. It also includes periodic facilitation of international seminars and workshops, and presenting at international conferences and programs.
