Sales Supervisor

Duties
  • Sale plan and daily sale report, weekly sale report and month sale Report
  • Daily, weekly Call plan, Daily, weekly visit plan
  • Call and visit prospected customers to get more market information and inquiries
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Direct and supervise subordinates engaged in sales or in performing services for customers
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
  • Instruct subordinates on how to handle difficult or complicated sales
  • Build relationships with customers (public hospital, private hospital and clinics)
  • Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices
  • Provide product demonstrations and support to customers
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Education: Master or Bachelor degree in a business Administration, and other relevant field
  • Extensive knowledge of medical equipment business, other consumer product hospital
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in sale & marketing management (medical equipment)
  • Reliable working attitude with ability to work under pressure
  • Reliable leadership skills and good team player
  • English Proficiency: negotiation and presentation skills
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email
  • Others:
  • Demonstrable business ethics and deep understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Ability to multi-tasking and strong personnel management skill
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experiences
  • Able to achieve targeted monthly income set by the company
  • Able to do Sales Planning ahead (Initial 3 months)
  • Initiative, assertive, persuasive and proactive.
  • Customer focused, achievement driven, team work.
  • Possesses management skills to be able to lead the sale team
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management
