• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Liaising with clients, planning and budgeting their advertising projection
• Supervising the Account Managers and Executives based on the assigned accounts
• Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the on-going activities related to them
• Achieves clients’ marketing plan objectives by preparing budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variance and initiating corrective action.
• Providing help and advice to the Group Account Director or Managing Director, communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
• Investigating and solving clients’ problem, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by you as an assistant.
• Ensures that all creative work is on-strat, follows the brief (or constructively challenges it if needed); exercises good creative judgment.
• Assist in the development of the communication plans/proposals
• Provide orderly maintenance of front-end equipment and supplies, liaising with production companies and printing houses.
• Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative team and clients
• Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
