Since our service launch in March 2019, today our company has 20 staff from 4 countries and are serving over 20,000 customers.

Our mission is to serve unbanked Cambodian using financial technology, we are looking to hire qualified for positions below.

Announcement Positions

Collection Officer (2 Positions)

  • Category: Customer Service/Support, Banking / Finance
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: $250 - $400

This position is suitable for people who have experiences in leasing companies or microfinance institutions.

Location : Tuol Tom Pong area

Working hour : 8 hours, 5 times a week from Mondays to Saturdays with shift schedule

Duties
  • Support customers by message or phone for online financial services
  • Manage customers on our online system
  • Remind customers of the repayment before due by phone and message
  • Collect overdue debt by phone calls
  • Negotiate un-payment customer after due date
  • Manage in charge collection billing
  • Achieve monthly target of collection performance
  • Report daily performance
  • Other related tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • Have excellent communication skill in Khmer
  • Have experiences as a collection officer at a microfinance or leasing company
  • Good IT skills to deal with customer management system
  • Hard working
  • Motivated to learn new things with us
  • Big plus if you have a PC
 

Customer Support (2 Positions)

  • Category: Customer Service/Support, Banking / Finance
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: $250 - $450

We are looking to hire junior and senior customer support staff who can help serve our customers! This position is suitable for people who have experiences as a teller or a credit officer at or microfinance.

Duties
  • Support customers by message or phone for online financial services
  • Manage customers on our online system
  • Solve customer problems together
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customers via chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
  • Have excellent communication skill in Khmer
  • Have experiences as a Teller or credit officer at a bank or microfinance institution (1-3 years experience will be considered as Junior customer support, more than 3 years as Senior customer support) 
  • Understanding IT to deal with customer management system 
  • Hard working
  • Motivated to learn new things with us
