General Manager

  • Salary: $700 - $1500 Negotiable + Based on Experience
Duties
  • Manage the Human Resources of the resort
  • Develop, recommend, implement and manage the resort's annual and long term operation, sales and marketing, capital, revenue, expense and profit goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Maintain the property in first class condition
  • Maintain personnel and payroll documents, files, and records
  • Check and control resort stocks
  • Be responsible for resort service & security
  • Strictly and consistently check resort hygiene
  • Hold monthly meeting with resort staff and top management leaders.
Requirements
  • BA/MBA or relevant field (hotel& hospitality majoring is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in restaurants and hotels
  • Over 27 years old
  • Demonstrated expertise in resort development
  • Able to interpret and provide high level management responses in regards to complex resort situations
  • English proficiency (speaking-listening-writing)
  • Computer literacy(MS Office).
 

Chef

  • Salary: $500 - $800 Negotiable + Based on Experience

Chef works with other kitchen staff to ensure that your kitchen runs effectively, and he/she has to be experts at ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen equipment. The most important skill for a Chef is the ability to cook well and arrange beautiful dishes,

Duties
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
  • Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
  • Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
  • Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
  • Train new kitchen staff.
