PHSME Specialized Bank Ltd has been specializing in providing the loans and credit facilities to the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers since 2001. As the current expansion, we’re recruiting qualified and highly motivated Cambodian candidates to apply for the following positions based at the head office in Phnom Penh.

Announcement Positions

Internal Auditor (5 Positions)

  • Category: Accounting, Banking / Finance

Reporting to Board of Directors;

Control the loan report compare to the policy; Implement the internal control policies, and Arrange annual plan.

Duties
  • To field for customer checking;
  • Auditing the loan contract/ customer;
  • Evaluation and analyze the credit provider;
  • Evaluate the customer real estate compare to bank policy, and Advice bank staffs of strength and weakness.
  • Effective of report checking;
  • Efficiency of product analysis, and Accuracy in bank policies.
Requirements
  • Age: 22-40 years old;
  • Bachelor of account and finance, or related field;
  • At least two years experience in Banking & Microfinance (Auditing is preferable); Very good in written and spoken English;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal Communication skill; Computer literacy (Word Excel), and
  • Being honest, hard-working and healthy / high responsibilities.
 

Head Of Accountant (2 Positions)

KEY TASKS:

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager/General Manager /Vice-President; Manage a financial report;

Implement the business plan, and

Arrange the accounting strategy plan.

Duties
  • Lead accounting staff working smooth; Managing the staff salary;
  • Controlling the accounting report to BOD and NBC; Follow up the cash transaction, and
  • Manage taxes expense.
  • Effective working forces;
  • Efficiency of employee's performance;
  • Accuracy in accounting policies and report standards CIAS, CIFRS and Update accounting policies.
Requirements
  • Age: 25-40 years;
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in accounting, Audit or related field;
  • At least three-years’ experience in Account & Finance;
  • Very good in written and spoken English;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal Communication skill; Must be experiences in Bank or Microfinance;
  • Computer literacy (Word Excel, E-mail, Internet, and Power point).
 

IT Programmer (5 Positions)

Duties
  • Backup and Restore the Database System;
  • Install the Software of Banking Management System into Client Computer; Detect the work stoppages or error by conducting tests; monitoring output; Correct the work stoppages or errors by entering code changes;
  • Optimize the system efficiency by analyzing performance indicators; changing software;
  • Maintain the client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential; Control the access to system by monitoring program usage;
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Install and configure the computer hardware and operating systems and applications;
  • Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks and replacing parts as required;
  • Provide the Support including procedural documentation and relevant reports; Implement and support the roll-out of new applications;
  • Set up the new user accounts & profiles and deal with password issues; Test and evaluate the new technology;
  • Perform the regular housekeeping and backup duties on all databases, client and server software and other company digital assets, and
  • Assist with content management as directed and when required.
Requirements
  • Age: 20-35 years old;
  • Bachelor of IT, and having at least two years of experience in IT Programming; Have the knowledge of Programming Language as below:
  • VB.NET, C#, SQL Server Management Studio 2008R2 to 2014, and
  • ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, NodeJs, Phython.
  • Good in writing and speaking English;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill, and Be honest, hard-working and healthy/high responsibilities.
 

Credit Officer (5 Positions)

  • Category: Banking / Finance

Duties
  • KEY TASKS:
  • Reporting to credit team leader; Manage a loan contract;
  • Implement the credit policies; Arrange the credit strategy plan;
  • DUTIES
  • To make promotion about products and service offered by bank; Managing the loan contract;
  • Evaluation and customer analysis;
  • Understanding about the customer characteristic and Understanding of real estate evaluation.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Effective sales forces;
  • Efficiency of credit and customer analyze; Accuracy in implement the credit policy.
Requirements
  • Age: 22-30 years;
  • Cambodian national;
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or related field; At least one-year experience in Bank or Microfinance
  • Very good in written and spoken English;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill;
  • Computer literacy (Word & Excel, Power Point email, internet) and Being honest, hard-working and healthy/ high responsibilities.
