Logistics Officer

Job Purpose:

As our Logistics Officer, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive logistic support, handling all work orders based on project deadlines. Your tasks will span across various facets of logistics - transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and monitoring the flow of goods.

Duties
  • Oversee all logistics stages from collection to final destination in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain and enhance the delivery plan as necessary.
  • Liaise effectively with carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and coordinate all relevant import, export, and Customs documentation for a seamless process.
  • Ensure all logistics activities align with local and international regulations.
  • Provide offer comparisons for cost analysis, manage claims, and suggest corrective & preventive actions.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cambodian logistics environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a freight forwarder company or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Import/Export, International Logistics, or Purchasing.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments within the group.
  • Emphasis on professionalism, honesty, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
