REAL World Adventures is a privately owned company offering quality Adventure Tours including Cycling, Team Building, MICE, Trekking, School Tour, Volunteer Program, Dirt biking, Running, Bird watching and Classic Tours in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam and Myanmar. With our 20 years experiences, we continue our strong philosophy to take tourists to see REAL Southeast Asia either by two wheels or two feet.

We are looking to recruit 1 Travel Consultant to join our team starting from 01 November, 2022.

Duties

Direct deal with customer’s request by e-mail through online booking.
Customize package tour for Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam to satisfy customer’s need.
Develop itinerary, enjoyable adventure routes through inspection trips.
Support the office operation to take care of the tour arrangement, logistic for camping and adventure tours.
Taking care of the on going group when requested.
Assist the tour operation to help responsible some of day by day task dealing with big projects when requested.
Extend good relationships and develop profitable partnership relations with all suppliers such as restaurants, hotels, and oversea tour operators.
Take care of MICE & Team Building activities when requested.

Requirements

English Language proficiency is essential (preferable Bachelor of English).
French language would be a plus.
Knowledge and Experience in Travel Consultant (at least three years in the field)
Experience in Sales management and business development strategies especially in the Tourism sector (inbound and outbound tour itinerary)
Experience in MICE business development and sales to BtoB clients.
Strong experiences in direct contacts with customers via e-mails through online.
Strong team work, good personality, work commitment, like to travel
Must be able to analyze a situation before taking action, willing to learn new skills, going out of its comfort zone, honest, friendly and hard-working
Any other business development experience will be positively considered and evaluated.
