Duties
  • Assisting in developing business strategies
  • Execute business strategies in effective and efficient manner
  • Effectively control the quality of the lease portfolios
  • Effectively manage the financial lease assets including asset back in process
  • Regularly monitor, support, evaluate, and regularly report to HLB the branch performance especially on the quality and asset control related to leasing business
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory provisions regarding risk management, prompt reporting of risk positions, and provision of advice on possible resolutions of critical issues.
  • Assist developing necessary policies, procedure and guideline need to run the leasing business
  • Produce timely, detailed management reports as needed for monitoring and managing all leasing business systems and functions.
  • Ensure financial lease quality through review, update, implementation, and adherence to agreed policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Liaise and maintain relationship with all relevant community and opinion leaders, government officials, and local authorities.
  • Other tasks is required by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • At least 3 years’ experience in MFI credit operations management. Experience in Financial leasing operation management is preferred
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working in management level at MFI/bank
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Strong technical skill in solving NPL and asset back in
  • Strong technical to work with local authority to solve any related issues
  • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum
  • Very strong communication skills in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Proven record of successful project delivery
  • Ability to construct business models and write business plans with financial projections
  • Strong conceptualization and analytical skills
  • Honesty and excellent interpersonal skills

Duties
  • Work with Project team, Development and Business team to create test case/scenario
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate process flow according to technical specification
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects
  • Report bugs and errors to project manager and development team
  • Help to troubleshoot issue
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Liaise with cross-functional team to create user manual and training manual
  • Work with Developers to achieve Continuous Integration (CI) by embedding automate testing
  • Conduct training to end users
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Banking or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Software Quality Assurance and Tester
  • Organizational and Analytical skills
  • Ability to build an automated testing script process and create scripts
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
  • Experience creating QA test execution strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, updating testmatrices and release notes and estimating testing efforts
  • Experience creating training material and conduct training
  • Strong experience in digital platform
  • Experience in DevOps is an advantage
  • Ability to act quickly in a crisis situation to make decisions and keep key stakeholders informed of the situation
  • A technical knowledge of IT comprehension is required
  • Hard-working and well-responsible in works
  • Experience in program administration, operating procedures, oversight and monitoring

Duties
  • Support various modules of the Temenos Banking SoftwareT24 system
  • Knowledge on Single routine, Muti-thread routine, Version, Enquiry, web-service
  • Research and test T24 system on new functionality
  • Support junior team to analyst and prepare T24 solution
  • Follow up team if the issues have been passed and resolved properly
  • Manage on support T24 ticket record and update properly
  • Work closely with related departments to finding possible solution
  • Work closely with vendor to follow up the pending case for solution
  • Coordinate and apply the testing solution or testing correction

Duties
  • Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders to integrate systems and other data together.
  • Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users.
  • Perform and test system backups and restores to ensure system recovery from error or outage.
  • Monitor, test, and tune system performance; preserve and provide system log files as needed
  • Implement policies, procedures, and technologies (including firewalls) to ensure Linux/Open Source system security through secure system access, monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations
Requirements
  • At least Bachelor degree or equivalent on Computer Science or Information Technology;
  • 1 years plus experience in JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Java Spring Framework and groovy is a plus
  • At least 1-year experience working with container based technology such Docker is a plus.
  • Experience handling middleware system or ESB is a plus.
  • Working technical experience with relational database servers such postgresql and mysql is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member;
  • Good in problem solving and analysis skills; Good organization and execution skills.

Duties
  • Implement or develop new digital banking functionalities on top of the existing functionalities
  • Develop material and user Instruction of each channels (Agent, ATM, OTC, Merchant, MB/IB)
  • Support end users on AMK digital banking system
  • Unit/ticket testing within team
  • Regression testing/UAT on AMK digital banking system
  • Raise ticket, follow up and update in Helpdesk (follow internal SLA)
  • Work with relevant department/vendor to find out solution rectification
  • Performs troubleshooting as required, leads problem-solving efforts by involving vendors and other support use
  • Strengthen support quality and flexible time rotation
  • Provide training and refreshment to master trainer
  • Back up Tasks within team
  • Any task as assign by supervisor
  • Ensure compliance as well as internal and external audit
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Information Technology or related field other related field
  • Strong knowledge in database management Oracle, Ms SQL server, MySQL, ...
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages Java, C#.Net, etc.
  • Knowledge of and experience in software development
  • Good communication and inter-personal skill
  • Ability to analyse the issue system flow and accounting posting transaction in detail
  • Be able to handle multi-task at the same time
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Can work independently with less supervision
  • Knowledge of microfinance or banking services is an advantage
  • Experience to work or using banking switch, Digital Banking software is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of English
  • At least 1year experience in relevant work
