Learning Jungle School is coming to Cambodia. Learning Jungle School is a proud provider of quality early learning and care for children in Canada, Cambodia, US and Philippines. We are seeking for many qualified candidates for the following positions:

Announcement Positions

Female Teacher Assistant

  • Category: Educate/Train/Teaching, Assistant
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: $250 - $400

Location: ​Learning Jungle Elementary School

Duties
  • Assist the class supporter to enable the effectiveness of classroom management
  • Manage and prepare the classroom materials with guidance from the lead teacher
  • To assist the lead teacher in the preparation and maintenance play learning center
  • Organize and attendparent-teacher meeting regularly
  • Supervise students in the class, schoolyard or tutor students’ arrival
  • Monitor and motivate students’ education
  • Help the class teacher set up suitable activities for the student’s learning abilities
Requirements
  • At least Bachelor Degree of English with one year teaching experience with children
  • Like working with kids, be patient and creative with fun
  • Self-initiative, sensible and team spirit
  • Be punctuality and high responsibility
  • Excellent in English speaking and written
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Sensitivity and patience are key assets
 

Secondary Khmer Teacher

  • Category: Educate/Train/Teaching
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: N/A

Working days : Monday to Friday; Time : 7:30am to 4:30pm

Duties
  • Be able to follow Learning Jungle International School Calendar;
  • Be able to join meeting arranged by school requested;
  • Plan weekly lessons based on MoEYs’s text book;
  • Create an effective, friendly, and fun learning atmosphere in class;
  • Collaborate with other teacher assistants in a day-to-day role as a team player;
  • Be able to communicate with parents about a student’s performance;
  • Perform other teaching duties and responsibilities as needed and requested;
Requirements
  • A bachelor Degree in Education and/ or certificate of pedagogy;
  • At least 1 years teaching experience with elementary school;
  • English is understandable;
  • Posses good communication skills , be friendly and love the students;
  • Having high responsibility, strong commitment and punctuality;
  • Computer literacy is preferred.
 

Secondary Math Teacher

  • Schedule: Full-time

Working days: Monday to Friday; Time: 7:30am to 5:30pm, and Saturday, Time: 8am to 12.30pm.

Duties
  • Be able to assist in pick up and drop off time
  • Maintaining good function of facilities inside the campus
  • Able to do some administrative tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Graduated Grade 12 or higher
  • Possess good communication skills, be friendly and love the students;
  • Having high responsibility, honesty, hard-working, strong commitment and punctuality;
