MANAGER: Corporate Communications Manager
JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a creative corporate communication specialist to join our team and help us continue building the ISI GROUP brand. Collaborating with the corporate communications team and our wider businesses, you will work to create impactful and engaging digital and print content that tells our group’s story to our diverse internal and external audiences. As a part of ISI GROUP, you will also work with our nine industry leading brands to show our activities and accomplishments and the impacts they’re having. Candidates who are like to think outside the box, are excited to rise to new challenges and can manage multiple projects and tasks to execute high-quality work and meet project milestones will shine in the role.
Duties
- Lead development of core internal communications projects and events, including our corporate magazine and newsletter to advocate our brand across our nine industry-leading companies in Cambodia
- Develop and execute multi-channel communications plans to promote key Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and business activities
- Analyze platform analytics to identify and implement insights to improve performance and support the development of quarterly performance reports
- Copywrite and copyedit in English and Khmer to produce captivating content that speaks to our target audiences and is in line with key messages, including for social media
- Support the development of corporate materials, assets, projects, and events in line with corporate communications strategy Build and maintain relationships with member companies’ MarComs teams and stay updated on activities to coordinate and identify areas to collaborate
- Work with external partners, including agencies and production houses to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high-quality
- Assist Corporate Communications Manager in the development of communications strategy through co-conducting annual communications audits and contributing to project and campaign ideation
- Support team growth by coaching and mentoring junior team members on key projects, including social media community management and copy writing
- Additional duties as assigned by your Corporate Communications Manager
- Some travel may be required
Requirements
- REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or professional experience & training equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in corporate communications, marketing, or related fields
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects in line with deadlines
- Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Khmer as well as a passion for story telling
- Ability to draw insights from data and turn them into actions
- Strong work ethic, e.g., hard-working, honest, and solution-oriented
- Experience with social media channels
- Good communication skills and capacity to build relationships and work well within and across teams
