Business Development Manager

Report to: General Manager

Schedule: Full time-9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon to Fri).

Duties
  • To find potential corporate and individual clients for all kinds of insurance products
  • To build and maintain good customer relationships
  • To follow up with potential prospects
  • To communicate with clients to ensure their application is smoothly processed
  • To preparing clients’ application for getting approval
  • To provide good service and communication with the potential and existing clients
  • Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships, to help the clients apply for a claim
  • To complete administration process between clients and insurance partners
  • To build good relationship with partners for business development
  • Other tasks assigned by line Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum finished bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Enjoy meeting with new people and proactive
  • Good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, Self-driven individuals
  • Have high integrity and teamwork oriented
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Khmer (English & Chinese is a plus)
  • Previous sales experience with general and life insurance or brokerage is a plus
  • Have general understanding of insurance industry, products and processing is a plus
