Position description
Execute audit program under the guidance of Audit Manager by performing audit testing to obtain sufficient and relevant evidence to support recommendations on internal control implementation and design, and to make sure that each activity is completed in accordance with policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform audit testing on transactions by selecting right transactions, clients, and others by macro process under support from Audit Manager in order to evaluate the quality of internal control design and implementation by macro process;
- Collect sufficient and relevant audit evidences on specific processes under the supervision of Audit Manager to rate internal control in those areas;
- follow-up, during the audit mission, of previous audit recommendations by macro processes/ departmental level or operations in order to assess whether all recommendations are taken action by responsible managers and to classify the statuses of each recommendation;
- Prepare working paper with the findings (issues/results) relating to assigned tasks, root causes, implication and recommendations, and submit to Audit Manager to ensure the completeness of audit documentations.
- Draft the Audit Report for Audit Manager for review.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor degree of Auditing, Banking, Finance or related field;
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year-experience of Auditing in FMCG industry or related industry;
- Required skills of audit, accounting, operations, internal control and compliance;
- Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques;
- Technical skills:
- Good written and oral communication in English
- Strong time management and Planning skills
- Decision making & problem-solving skills
- Communication skill, negotiation skill and strong presentation skill
- Good team player and able to work well to both internal and external partners
- Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.

Position Summary Reports to: SI & Planning Manager
Position description
This role is to support user, installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks and monitoring.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Configure and install computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, Office, e-mail, Web report… etc.)
- Configure Wi-Fi, Unifi AP and resolve technical problems Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)
- Support Related to SAP and SD system
- Maintenance and Manage Finger-print system and CCTV System Monitoring
- Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades including patches, security configurations
- Monitor performance and ensure PC, laptop, are working properly to provide high productivity to team
- Working with Partners, Vendors and Suppliers for any company purposes
- Configuring printer and sharing printer
- Maintain network and cable
- Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, File Server, Email Server
- Facebook bot management.
- Other task assigned by SI manager.
Requirements:
- Education:
- At lease Year 3 student of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- Experience:
- 1 years’ experience in IT Support is a plus;
- Technical skills:
- Customer-service, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with field-specific hardware & software, such as network devices, switches, router, access point, client computer administration, network monitoring, configuration management software; ability to use related network analyzers software tools
