Position description

  1. Responsibility for maintain and leverage the relationships & partnership with the principle and customer
  2. To contribute to the overall Sales & Distribution Strategies by identifying and developing MT and TM business opportunities and growth.
  3. Define and develop optimal MT and TM Sales team for effective distribution, develop trade support etc. to achieve TSNR and Principles Sale plan and objective.
  4. Identify and develop the principle and customer strategic business plan for TSNR in assigned territory, implementation of TSNR Category vision while ensuring targeted profit and sales/share objective for customer
  5. Takes part in driving the sales/ market share/ customer contribution for TSNR category by implementation and optimization of category strategies within the assigned customer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Modern Trade’s responsibilities:
  • Develop and Train MT Sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets and coverage, distribution SKU’s assortment, merchandising display.
  • Design business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with principle and key account customers to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities.
  • Influence customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations.
  • Develop and implement annual Joint Business Planning and business review with retailer.
  • Implement product launch and promotions in store with speed and excellence.
  • Collaborate with KA sales team on day-to-day operational matter, issue resolution and salesmen on job training.
  • Conduct regular field visit, price audit and competitors activities review providing feedback and ideas to win in the trade.
  • Trade Marketing ’s Responsibilities:
  • Build and Train an effective TM team to develop, monitor and execution of trade marketing activities.Formulate trade strategies and yearly business plan for BTL.
  • Liaise with Principle, Supply Chain & Sales Team for efficient implementation of each in-store promotional for Wholesaler, Retailer and Modern Trade Channel to meet specific company’s goal and objective.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the key in-store promotional activity with summarized report and analysis.
  • Manage trade spending effectively against plan.
  • Develop schematic POP materials to effectively meet the campaign objective and result.
  • Effectively execute new product launch plan to targeted trade channel and evaluate the result against the target set.
  • Maintain and enforce dominant product merchandizing & shelf displays.
  • Ensure targeted distribution coverage of both current and new products is achieved.
  • Maintain and continually build good relationship with Principle and trade.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports. Present business review with Senior Management Team on monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, & Financial Team on reimbursement of all advertising, discounts and promotion expenses.

Requirements:
  • Education:

  • Experience:

  • Experience in practical accounting and taxation in tax firm or auditing firm is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax and accounting and financial reporting
  • Knowledge:
  • Has completed or commenced accounting studies, e.g. CAT or ACCA is advantage
  • Knowledge in Financial Analysis
  • Priority for tax agent certificate and members of ACCA

  • follow-up, during the audit mission, of previous audit recommendations by macro processes/ departmental level or operations in order to assess whether all recommendations are taken action by responsible managers and to classify the statuses of each recommendation;
  • Prepare working paper with the findings (issues/results) relating to assigned tasks, root causes, implication and recommendations, and submit to Audit Manager to ensure the completeness of audit documentations.

This role is to support user, installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks and monitoring.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Configure and install computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, Office, e-mail, Web report… etc.)
  • Configure Wi-Fi, Unifi AP and resolve technical problems Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)
  • Support Related to SAP and SD system
  • Maintenance and Manage Finger-print system and CCTV System Monitoring
  • Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades including patches, security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure PC, laptop, are working properly to provide high productivity to team
