Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Apply Brand Strategy to achieve sales target (brand image, shop aspects, PR and events…)
  • Apply Marketing activities to achieve sales target in line with budget
  • Develop Brand awareness/engagement via Promotion, Digital media & PR
  • Support new projects, events (Opening, renovations, booth activation, brand cooperation…)
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing plan and activation with support from YR regional marketing team
  • Manage social media and digital marketing with content creation and engagement activities
  • Manage customer data, develop loyalty programs and increase new customers
  • Conduct workshops, product demonstration and new product training
  • Merchandise marketing materials and visuals as per Yves Rocher guideline
  • Explore business partnership and manage events with team support
  • Analyze customer data and do market and competitor intelligence
  • Support new projects such as new product launch, shows and store opening
  • Coordinate and work closely with all stores for promotions and sales boosting
  • Other tasks given by line manager
Requirements:
  • Preferably female with at least 2-year marketing experiences in cosmetics or pharmaceutical products,
  • Bachelor in business, marketing or related fields,
  • Well-informed in social media and digital marketing,
  • Good English both spoken and written,Good in MS. Office, Social Media and Digital Marketing,
  • A good communicator and facilitator with team working spirit.
