Established in 2021, Mango Finance PLC is a Digital Microfinance Institution (MFI) based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, owned and capitalized by an investment from Vipar Auto FZCO, Dubai. Vipar Auto FZCO is the official distributor for Bajaj Auto Ltd, KTM SportMotorcycle GMBH, Eureka Forbes, Studds Helmets, CEAT Tire and Repsol Lubricants, in Cambodia, Myanmar, Mongolia, China, Singapore, India, and the UAE.

Mango Finance PLC is the group's venture into digital lending, and intends to use its strong positioning in its established business units to drive the growth of its lending business. Using Cambodia as its test bed, Mango Finance PLC subsequently plans to expand and springboard the digital lending business into larger markets within Southeast Asia.
