Head of iPay Sales and Digital Business Department (1 Position)

Duties
  • Bring in the profits and losses (P&L) responsibilities on iPay and digital business perspective.
  • Monetization strategies for the iPay and Digital Business.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial contracts, create pricing strategies and chart iPay as a platform to lead and influence the fintech ecosystem of Cambodia.
  • Strategize the effective sale strategies to mobilize iPay users, Merchants, Bakong, and other digital business to achieve business goal.
  • Actively drive usage and adoption of iPay mobile broadly through building more partnership with public and private entities to enable more payment channels through iPay.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and relevant departments to develop and implement of marketing promotion and campaign on payments services and digital products to raise awareness to public and making iPay be on top of customer’s mind.
  • Provides leadership and drives digital business teams, motivation, staffing and coaching effectively and efficiently to ensure strong growth of iPay, Merchant, and Bakong users.
  • Undertakes regular market visits to identify and recruit potential clients for digital products and determine potential cross sells to other products and services.
  • Build and lead to grow merchant base through new merchant partnerships and renewing existing merchant partners.
  • Develop a strategic plan for merchant activities in partnership with other companies and other entities to successfully meet the KPIs.
  • Develop powerful message to explain digital products such as iPay, merchant, and Bakong to customers to be well understood and interest.
  • Support RMs and BMs to develop plan for iPay & merchant by monitoring the performance regularly to ensure the achievement of business goal.
  • Develop and report the iPay, merchant and Bakong sales performance for management and branches to do analysis and follow up the performance and strategizing the sustainable growth, identify any risk happened and mitigate risk.
  • Provide training related to iPay, Merchant and related products sales management to respective employees.
  • Enforces discipline necessary for efficiency, good staff morale and promotion of the LOLC’s corporate image.
  • Perform other tasks which assigned by Deputy CEO.
Requirements
  • BA/MBA in Sales and Marketing, Finance and Banking or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in financial institution, law and regulations in Cambodia
  • Minimum 5-year experiences in mobilizing digital banking products and merchants.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong English communication both writing and speaking.
 

Ipay Sales Unit Manager (Mobile Banking and Merchant Sales) (1 Position)

Duties
  • Strategize the effective sales strategies to mobilize iPay & merchant to the public and delight the customer demand in the digital era.
  • Monitor iPay & merchant mobilization and providing good collaboration with relevant departments to strategize building good relationship individual customer, private and public sector then distribute iPay & merchant to targeted end-users.
  • Manage senior merchant management officer and iPay sales officer to build good relationship with customers and presenting iPay & merchant to customers.
  • Contribute the initiated marketing idea strategies to achieve sales targets of iPay & merchant and implementing best practices to meet customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Support RMs and BMs to develop plan for iPay & merchant by monitoring the performance regularly to ensure the achievement of business goal.
  • Strong ability to influence, sell concepts internally and actively drive streamlined decision making across partners. Build business cases around market opportunities and partnerships, including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Work with marketing team to create customer messages to communicate issues/upgrades involving systems to minimize negative customer service impact.
  • Develop and report the iPay & merchant sales performance for management and branches to do analysis and follow up the performance and strategizing the sustainable growth, identify any risk happened and mitigation risk.
  • Ensures the training to LOLC’s employees well understand of iPay & merchant sales management and also in aspect of courtesy, efficiency and risk management. Supervising staff, providing coaching and conduct performance review.

iPay Sales Officer (Mobile App Sales) (4 Positions)

  • Promote actively LOLC's corporate identity, products and services through various educational institutions.
  • Promote sales in low performance branches and newly established branches.
  • Supporting RMs and BMs to develop plan for iPay Cambodia by monitoring the performance regularly to ensure the achievement of business goal.
  • Interact with customers, providing iPay User training, and/or meeting with prospective and existing potential customers to identify the needs and iPay User solutions.
  • Work with marketing team to create customer messages to communicate issues/ upgrades involving systems to minimize negative customer service impact.

Requirements
  • BA in Finance and Banking or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in financial institution law and regulations in Cambodia.

Senior Merchant Management Officer (1 Position)

Duties
  • Assist iPay Sales Unit Manager to develop ideas for merchant and iPay campaigns, managing campaigns process and execution. Conducting market analysis and research for existing and new potential merchants.
  • Handle all iPay Merchant proposed to creation from customer including briefing the benefit of merchant and condition, verify agreement, create merchant in iPay portal, merchant registration, call confirmation, verify and send QR Code to merchant.
  • Responsibility for merchant performance growth and acting as the lead for the vertical. Preparation of presentations slide and presentation to recruit potential merchant.
  • Work closely with merchant and marketing department to initiate and develop the effective promotional material to promote iPay Cambodia and merchant service and ensuring that the operation at is running smoothly and effectively.
  • Working directly with the Branch Manager and Regional Manager to actively plan out strategies for business growth and merchant expansion.
  • Develop and report the merchant services for management and branches to do analysis and follow up the performance, identify any risk happened and mitigation risk.
  • Assist manager to develop, enhance the guideline and procedures of iPay Merchant necessary to meet requirements of both customers and the LOLC.
  • Active solving all issues raised by merchant and consumer complaints.
