Announcement Positions

Import Officer

  • Category: Logistics, Shipping / Import / Export
  • Type : Job Opportunity

Working Time: 8:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break : 12:00 ~ 13:30)

Working Day: Monday ~ Friday & Saturday : Half day

Duties
  • Import /Land trucking (except the export of truck-Sea & truck-Air service) shipping arrangement, Freight tracing,
  • Handover the required documents to the acct team to issue invoices.
  • Responding to inquiries from customers after shipments are confirmed, keeping the record of shipments.
  • Check & maintain the SOP of the import operation and pursue job efficiency of the import operation.
  • Irregular report to all concerned parties, take action to avoid. Irregular (damage, delay, missing) Sharing the information from Carrier to customers and sales team.
  • Handover the required documents to the acct team to issue an invoice.
Requirements

Site Supervisor and Safety Officer

Duties
  • Leading team and control job site situation and report to manage
  • Active role in assuring productive work occurs in a safe and quality manner
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of project plans and specifications
  • Identify issue that could lead to problems and facility solutions
  • Work with safety to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and ensure proper procedures have carried us according to the company’s safety program

Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of drawing Auto CAD

  • At least university graduate equivalent qualifications (Mechanical or Civil)

Accounting Team Leader

  • Monthly send statement to customer
  • Follow up outstanding payment with customers
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliation
  • Manage company tax declaration such as monthly tax return, personal tax on salary, withholding tax, VAT and deal with tax government officer
  • Liaise with Nippon Group to reconcile, post and offset AR and AP
  • Reconcile Cash book and Accounting System
  • Data entry the transactions into Accounting System
  • Filling Accounting Document

Requirements
  • Cambodian Nationality
  • Male and Female
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Management, accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English and Khmer Language (Written and Specking). Chinese is a plus
  • Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, accounting program)
  • Be honest, hardworking, imitative and committed.
  • Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
 

HR & Admin Manager

IT Support

Requirements
