Executive, R&D & Regulatory Affairs

Duties
  • Ensure all production equipment is operating reliably and Overall Equipment Efficiency measures are achievable during production shifts in food & beverage manufacturing plant.
  • Provide technical support in R&D trial runs & commercial productions for new product and product transfer from subsidiary plants
  • Evaluate new or alternate raw materials according to guidelines from Singapore R&D
  • Compliance check of formulations & labels with food & labelling regulations of Cambodia, Vietnam etc.
  • Work with Singapore R&D for product information requested by customers & authorities
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree In Food Science & Technology, Nutrition or any other related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience & knowledgeable in R&D function, Regulatory Affairs of food industry
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently & in a team

Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose/Summary: Maintenance Supervisor will oversee managing and ensuring the effective execution of maintenance and repairing program that relate majority to mechanical and electrical issue. Duties
  • To attend in machine breakdown, troubleshoot problems, upgrading or modification, and ensure full compliance to safety procedure, food safety management, hygiene procedures and 5S execution.
  • To ensure spare parts are available and highlight to Maintenance Manager on the requirements also to responsible to alert the Maintenance Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur
  • To be fully responsible on performance of the machine and participate actively in problem solving and process improvement initiatives, identify, evaluate, analyze and implement actions required to achieve Mechanical Efficiency targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluation and handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from a recognized university or polytechnic or equivalent qualification

Duties
  • Facilitate effective interaction among key team players. Engage, assist and support team members in shift meeting.
  • Shift arrangement and job assignment to production operators to meet production process objectives.
  • Monitor & Report overall production process by shift/line to meet required standards on safety, sanitary and process.
  • Supervise and coach team members on machine’s operation and basic equipment care process.
  • Monitor quality check during production process
  • Monitor sanitary in production hall to meet GMP and Safety requirements
  • Discuss with and lead team members (QA, Syrup Room, Planning, and Production & Maintenance) in trouble shooting/investigating process.

Requirements
  • Min Technical Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experiences in Production or relevant responsibilities
  • Operates as part of an on-going work team or as a member of ad hoc work-related teams or groups, such as production teams and safety committees.
  • Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes in various packaging types (cold fill, hot fill, aseptic) including knowledge of food safety regulatory requirements (HACCP) and management quality system
  • Understanding of KPIs and its driven criteria
  • Knowledge of the principles of equipment maintenance and operations
  • Flexible and open-mindedness with willingness to try different ways and able learn new skills, adapt to new development, self-critical attitude and impartial

Job Purpose/Summary: This position is responsible for coordinating projects and communicating results of finished projects, performing preventive maintenance, and diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system malfunctions.

Duties
  • Support utility engineer on daily utility operation.
  • Make sure smooth utilities supply from day-to-day operation, support and satisfy production needs on all utilities.
  • Plan manpower for weekly utility operation.
  • Carry out maintenance works with suppliers and engineering team.
  • Test, troubleshoot and perform and perform basic repair for mechanical and electrical systems (e.g motor, pump, valve and electrical components)
  • Good knowledge in boiler system, air compressor system, cooling tower system, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, gen-set, building facilities, cool and chilled room systems
Requirements
  • Degree or Higher diploma in mechanical and electrical engineering from a recognised university or polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 2 to 4 years of working experience in manufacturing utilities, especially in boiler, cooling tower, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, air compressor, gen-set and building facilities.
  • Hands on working experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of utilities systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical & instrument fundamentals and mechanical principle
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Understand electrical single line diagram.
  • Preferably with local authorities certified boiler operation certification.
  • Possess forklift driving license or certificate is preferred
 

Finance Assistant– AP
