Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) is a governmental trust fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Its primary mission is to provide synergistic supports to build the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Cambodia. EDF has the vision to become the national platform for promoting entrepreneurial activities by providing financial and non-financial supports to entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs. EDF has 4 main programs, including 1) capacity upgrading, 2) business networking, 3) entrepreneurial cultural promotion, and 4) seed-funding.

The EDF Secretariat Office will participate in the Alibaba’s MSME Day campaign which will launch in the late June for the global audiences under the theme “How big the small is” via the Alibaba various platforms and international media channels.

Thus, we are seeking to hire an experienced professional firm or consultant to prepare the marketing activities based on the below deliverable outputs.

DELIVERABLE OUTPUTS

The deliverable outputs to be produced by the selected firm or consultant are:

  1. To design poster with the EDF and Ministry of Economy and Finance logos to celebrate the launch of this campaign;
  2. To take a high-quality portrait photo of our management with encouraging messages to MSMEs and to celebrate their success through the tough time since the Covid-19 outbreak; and
  3. To take 30-second professional video to MSMEs which will be published in Alibaba and international media platforms.

TIMEFRAME

The work is expected to be completed within 10-day period, starting from 7th June to 17th June as the hard deadline for this assignment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Interested firm or consultant shall have the following skills and qualifications as following:

  • Proven track records of related activities, artwork design and video production portfolio
  • Fluency in supporting professional written and spoken English
  • Sufficient equipment for producing the assigned works
  • Past relevant experience with target to global audience is a plus
  • Creative startup is highly encouraged to apply.

SUPERVISION:

  • The selected firm will report to the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation at the EDF Secretariat Office.
  • No travel will be required for this role.
