DanChurchAid is an international organization that has funded projects in Cambodia since 1979. We work in partnership with about 16 Cambodian NGOs within the programme areas of resilient livelihoods and fighting inequality.
DanChurchAid (DCA) invites motivated and qualified applications for a full-time position as Communications Officer in Phnom Penh.
SUMMARY:
The DCA Cambodia Communications Officer will support various communication needs within the country program, inclusive of the development of case studies, social media material, and visibility materials for various donors. Working alongside both the program team and the existing Relation and Communications Coordinator, the aim of the role is to increase appropriate and professional content of the work of DCA Cambodia’s program, with an emphasis on print and soft materials that can be shared with a range of stakeholders such as donors, DCA supporters, and the general public. Given the growth of DCA Cambodia in recent years, this role is expected to learn and contribute to communication and visibility requirements in projects. In addition, the Communications Officer will support general DCA Cambodia office needs in relation to visibility and branding, as needed and appropriate.
Regardless of the content of this job description the employee is expected to participate in any task necessary for the organization delegated by the manager at all times.
