FUTABA Microfinance Plc., was officially issued a business operating license from the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) on December 16, 2015, and has started its operation since January, 2016 with a great success and rapid growth. For operational arears, FUTABA expanded 3 more branches in the third quarter of 2016. With its growing, we are now looking for the qualified candidates to fill the position as following:

Duties
  • Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, security, and computer hardware and software.
  • Monitors network utilization and performance, firewall, email, anti-virus systems and implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability.
  • Develops data analysis templates, data management system structure to facilitate timely information required with data quality assurance.
  • Identifies problematic areas and implement strategic solutions and verifies application results by conducting system audits.
  • Administers Production & Disaster & Recovery Site, backup procedures, information security and control structures complied with IT policies.
  • Supports in aligning, collecting and reporting on relevant indicators to the organizational systems, and other external systems as relevant.
  • Lead the MIS and Network team, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects for the overall planning, organizing, and executing of all information technology within the organization, and will directly report to Head of IT division.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field;
  • 3+ years of IT experience within Banking and Financial sector;
  • Experience in team management is advantaged;
  • Good knowledge and understand core banking work flow and processes;
  • Good knowledge of programing/scripting languages like Java, PHP, JSP, T-SQL, etc.;
  • Good knowledge of networking and troubleshooting, Cisco routing and switching, Firewall, and other security protection a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill, analytical and presentation skill, and result oriented;
  • Good at English communication skills;
  • Strong commitment on work under pressure;

IT Officer

  • Category: Computer - General, Computer - Networking, Computer - Programming, Banking / Finance
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time

Duties
  • Support all IT-related matters including computer hardware and software;
  • Daily Backup Core system and others Databases with IT procedures and policy given;
  • Develops data analysis templates, data management system structure to facilitate timely information required with data quality assurance;
  • Identifies problematic areas raised by end users and implement effective support solution;
  • Supports in aligning, collecting and reporting on relevant indicators to the organizational systems, and other external systems as relevant;
  • Incorporates data management best practices, works closely with team work and end users, and report to IT Unit Manager;
  • Troubleshoots and resolves user issues related to all corporate software in a timely manner for maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field;
  • Experience within Banking and Financial sector or other related fields is preferred;
  • Experience in IT troubleshooting and support;
  • Good knowledge of MIS and experience in project development is much advantaged;
  • Experience in Reporting Template;
  • Understanding programing/scripting languages like VBA, PHP, JSP, T-SQL, etc. is a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill;
  • Good at English communication skills;
  • Can work under pressured
  • Be honest and helpful
