Report To (Job Title): Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Trade Marketing Executive provides support to the Marketing team. This role will also support Adding Value by development and dissemination of marketing plans and tools to support our Customer Marketing Strategy.

Duties
  • Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis, margins)
  • Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various marketing and trade marketing plans, adding value to assigned brands
  • Review marketing plan and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand targets (distribution and trade marketing activities) and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency
  • Support the sales force with relevant industry knowledge and information, provide training for relevant sales programs.
  • Monitoring and Analysis of competitors’ Trade Marketing activities.
  • Ensure efficient management of A&P budget by monitoring sales against expenditure by sector on a monthly basis
  • Assist, support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events and road shows
  • Assist in managing projects eg, POSM management which contributes to the company’s goals and improve market share, customer satisfaction.
  • Submit monthly POSM reports.
Requirements
  • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG industry
  • Experience in related areas in either Trade marketing, channel development, key account management, sales and distribution management, commercial operations, strategy and planning
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Able to work long and irregular hours as required by the Company
  • Preparedness to be close to the ground to understand the dynamics of the trade and consumer needs
  • Commitment and quickness in response to market demands and changes
  • Mature and independent. Adaptable and quick, with a strong willingness to learn
  • Personal mastery in ensuring quality work from self
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to secure clear direction and buy-in from business leadership and then maintain visibility as strategy is executed
  • Ability to take high-level vision and translate down to executable actions
  • Ability to foster strong professional relationships and manage expectations with customers, distributors, department leaders, and fellow employees
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines
  • High commitment with the assigned job
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail are required
  • Strong verbal and written skills are required
  • Strong ability to prioritize and balance competing requests for support
  • Microsoft office, Adobe Photoshop, and Animation skill desirable.
  • Experience creating and developing marketing best practices within an organization.
 

Sales Administrator (1 Position)

Positon Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Sales administration to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals.

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Duties
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Check data debit note claim and support document from stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Produce monthly sales report
  • Verify the debit note claim
Requirements
  • Monitoring sales activities vs. objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/ Marketing or related field.
  • Have deep understanding distribution operational workflow
  • Analytical skills
  • Able to work a team management
  • Good in Writing English
  • Computer skill ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • At least 3 years’ experience at FMCG
