Duties
  • To provide legal advice and support Legal Manager in the varied, dynamic and fast-paced areas of telecommunications.
  • To draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts with domestic and international partners.
  • To draft, review, negotiate and advise on contracts within a corporate environment on a wide array of topics such as litigation and intellectual property matters, general contract law and telecommunications-related issues.
  • To liaise with external counsel where necessary.
  • Other related tasks upon Legal Manager’s requests.
Requirements
  • A good Law Degree from recognized university in Cambodia. Having Master Degree is an advantage.
  • A legal assistant/consultant with 3-to-5-year experience in a leading law firm or in the legal department of a major company.
  • Having experience in regulatory affairs with the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia is an absolute advantage.
  • Having enthusiasm in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications).
  • Proactive individual with an analytical mind, an eye for details and sound knowledge of general corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law and litigation and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent drafting, vetting and negotiation skills.
 

IT Specialist

Duties
  • Write the change request (CR) to develop or upgrade system, IT products and services.
  • Receive requests and corporate with business/management/operation units in Company to analysis and write down the CR to describe what they want, including flow chart to connect system to system or application function description or module detail description or action detail description,… need to develop new or upgrade.
  • Review and corporate with Developer (Dev) to complete software solution documentation
  • Base on the CR, check again software solution documentation from developer (if any), corporates with developer to complete software solution documentation as requirement.
  • Test systems after Software tester completed testing.
  • Base on the CR wrote, list the test-cases out then test again on test - system after developer and Software tester completed coding and testing.
  • Write the system guideline to train again request units after systems developed or upgraded successful.
  • After IT up code to main system success, BA will be responsible for writing the system guideline to train again requests units.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information System
  • Experience on Script language PL/SQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Server Linux / Centos,
  • Basic on Java/C ++
  • Have a good background in OOP programming
  • Good skill in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams.
  • Have knowledge about database (Oracle, MySQL, SQL, PostgreSQL ...)
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with development teams to manage the day to day activities
  • Be proactive at work, good at teamwork
  • Good at document writing, presentation, communication and collaboration
  • Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Duties
  • Maintaining, updating, repairing, improving base on existing services/applications and programs.Translate business needs (user stories) into technical requirements (functional applications).

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to resolve these problems
  • Writing technical documents such as URS (user requirement specification), SRS (software requirement specification), SAS (software architecture specification), and User guide...
  • Do other duties as assigned by the leader, manager
  • Study the technical updates and make the change or do upgrading release in Development area
Requirements
  • Have bachelor / engineer in IT, computer science or equivalent
  • Have knowledge about software development models as well as tools supporting for software development.
  • Have a good background in OOP programming
  • Have knowledge about core Java, JSP, Servlet. Priority has experience with Java Web, EJB and Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot frameworks, service API(REST, SOAP)
  • Have knowledge about database (Oracle, MySQL, SQL, PostgreSQL ...)
  • Understanding source code management tools (SVN, GIT...)
  • Be proactive at work, good at teamwork
  • Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

  • Find out bugs/issues/defects as well as communicate and cooperate with developer to verify & resolve bugs/issues/defects.
  • Tracking and check again the fix bug result and assure that the product meets design specifications and requirements.
Requirements

  • Have experience in making test plans and writing developing test cases
