Pre-Sales Manager

Duties
  • Job Context
  • Provide Pre-Sales support, prepare technical presentations & deliver technical consultation to both new and existing clients.
  • Responsible for end-to-end technical design of the complete solution which addresses the customer's business problems, needs, and opportunities
  • Providing IT infrastructure Consulting for technology, product and solution designing for enterprise and small & medium business
  • Responsible for architecting end-to end hardware infrastructure solution
  • Cross-collaborating with vendors, sales and accounts team to demonstrate new age and relevant solutions to customers
  • Liaison with global teams to leverage best practices and solutions
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Recognized as an authority within the company in a specific solution domain.
  • Applies market intelligence and thought leadership to translate the functional view into a technical view, enhance proposed solutions, and drives opportunity/ demand generation for solution area(s)
  • Participates in deep-dive discussions and establishes the company as a trusted solution partner by engaging with executive level customers to showcase solutions designed to combat business challenges while meeting financial metrics and demonstrating customer growth opportunities.
  • Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.
  • Identifies risks while migrating legacy IT systems to transformational solutions.
  • Recommends solutions that maximize customer profitability, and able to articulate impacts on governance, business processes, and/or security.
  • Own and positively develop the relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within the target customers.
  • Drive new sales opportunities by proactively engaging with the technical community within target accounts.
  • Maintain communication with Solution Principals, Partners, External and Internal Stakeholders and Clients.
  • Participate in regular technical sales-oriented training program and stay up-to-date about new technologies & solutions.
  • Scope and clearly translate defined requirements, proposed solutions and value proposition into proposals/Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Contributes to the industry for specific domain with an active presence in conferences, social media, business events, etc.
  • Monitors the changing competitive landscape and determines potential implications for customer environments.
  • Demonstrates the company's value proposition with a full suite of offerings and global support coverage.
  • In-depth knowledge of company offerings, strategic initiatives, current trends, competitor products and strategies within the assigned solution set.
  • Demonstrates outstanding consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling etc.
Requirements
  • Academic Requirements: BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. Having Vendor Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Network and Cyber Security, Server, Storage.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Applicant need to be familiar with HPE product line and have at least 03 years of hands-on experience and working technical knowledge
  • Must be ready to take new challenges on business expansion.
  • Must have experience working in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting on both technical and business-related topics.
  • Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player, Self-motivated, punctual & well-groomed
 

Sales Manager

Job Context

This is a key leadership role and the successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He/she will be responsible for owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets. The individual shall develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and will be responsible for leading pursuit in achieving the annual sales target. He/she will drive proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, use specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. The selected candidate will liaise with global teams to leverage best practices and solutions.

Job Location: Work at office in Phnom Penh with infrequent travel to customer premises across all of the major commercial cities in Cambodia as and when required

Duties
  • Previous experience as a sales manager for a reputed international vendor.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage key accounts communications and maintain a strong relationship including C-level
  • Develop an account plan for customers with a clear strategy and development of opportunities within the account
  • Work closely with customers to ensure full understanding in their digital transformation journey
  • Work closely with the internal team to develop, design and create SOW for the customer.
  • Develop and execute a plan for quota achievement with opportunities to support the same
  • Report on timely manner on all opportunities with clear action plan
Requirements
  • Academic Requirements: A Graduate in Business or related field from a reputed University.
  • Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with HPE product line and have at least 05 years of hands-on experience and working technical knowledge.
  • Clear approach for solution/consultative based selling.
  • Strong negotiation skills to drive deals to ensure successful closes and high win rate.
  • Strong local relationships with key customers and understanding of the local market and national initiatives.
  • Excellent listening, oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Team player, Self-motivated, punctual & well-groomed.
  • Strong executive presence, leadership and communication/influencing skills, a high degree of energy, intelligence, and self-confidence.
