Announcement Positions

Project Sale Manager (2 Positions)

Duties
  • To build a database of clientele and increase the exposure of products throughout Cambodia and work with PR and branding companies to maximize the PR opportunities and expose the brand where possible
  • To set up a sales and marketing plan and budgets for each financial year and ensure that it is implemented
  • To oversee all incoming enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper and efficient manner
  • To ensure that the database is created, built up and updated
  • To build strong working relationships with the front and back management
  • To event manage all appointed sponsored events and wherever possible up sell on these event
  • Create, deliver and measure promotional activities, including staff incentives
  • Create and implement sales/forecasting and budgeting plan
  • New market and new customer's development, enlarge products sale market
  • Responsible for market information collection and competitor analysis;
  • Cooperate with marketing team for promotion or any proposal actives to potential depots
  • Establish sales team who can handle channel, and depots customers. Identify market opportunities and new customers to win new business.
  • Lead customer relationship management work, keep good and long-term relationship with key customers. Leverage all sales channels to build a healthy distribution system.
  •  Prepare monthly/quarterly sales order and sales forecast report. Be responsible for order, hit rate and other target, submit sales data to management and HQ monthly or after back from trip.
  • To attend weekly management meetings to discuss operational, financial and day to day  management issues and to build a strong management infrastructure- (Ideally)
  • Work closely with operation team to make sure stock balance (in stock products)and smoothly delivery for individual depot.

Requirements
  • Graduated BA Degree related with Sale and Marketing or equivalent degree
  • Need 5 years experience up related with Sale Manager with lighting or electrical products
  • Good at leader and management skill, problem-solving and flexible
  • Knowledge of marketing & communication.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Pleasant and flexible personality, self-integrity
  • Be able to travel to provinces is required
  • Strong organization skills and results driven mind-set.
  • Enthusiastic team player with solid coordination skills.

Provincial Depot Sales

Duties
  • Maintaining existing depots and retaining new depots
  • Doing market research and survey for competitors and most popular products in the field
  • Suggesting new products which will be popular as sales perspectives
  • Responsible for market information collection and competitor analysis
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets, collect payment from depot timely and follow company policies
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales order and sales forecast report. Be responsible for order, hit rate and other target, submit sales data to management and HQ monthly or after back from trip.
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

Requirements

  • 02 years at least in local sales experience related with power and electrical industry.

  • Good level of English both speaking and writing and other languages are encouraged. 
 

Project Sales Executive

Duties
  • Contact customers through cold calls, referrals, and scouting
  • Find out what they need and introduce them to our products
  • Work independently or as a team to close the sales
  • Report to management about progress and obstacles
  • Research the market and learn about our products
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via phone calls and emails
  • Conduct customer impact survey, evaluation, and feedback after product sales.
  • Review your own sales performances and aim to meet or exceed targets
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Requirements
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experiences in selling Light/Electricity Equipment or construction material is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English if can speak Chinese language is preferable
  • Computer proficiency: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email
  • Good level of English both written and spoken
 

Digital Marketing Officer

Duties
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns such as promotion, branding and new arrival products for social networking channels such as Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, and Instagram…      
  • Create monthly and yearly budget planning and implementation schedules for social media campaign.      
  • Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and dubbed audio content from factory/supplier on online sites      
  • Promote company’s product and services in the digital space on google search/mapping.
  • Work with Graphic Designer on Company Profile Design, Products Catalogue, Brochure, 7. Products Picture for Facebook posting, and any marketing material as needed.      
  • Develop and improve the CRM for sales team or other departments.      
  • Program and configure the façade light, indoor and outdoor screen by facilitate on site for drawing and programming.   
Requirements
  • Qualification in web development, web design and programming.
  • Qualification in marketing, digital media is a plus.
  • Good analytical and project management skills.
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 

Indoor​ Sales/Delivery

Duties
  • Greet customers in a courteous and respectful manner

Requirements
  • Educational background in Sales & Marketing, Retail or equivalent
  • At least 06 months to 01 year up of similar experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English if can speak Chinese language is preferable
