Position Summary

Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh

Basic Function/General Scope of Work

  • Directly work with Department’s Head including significant Report.
  • Liase with outlet to ensure appropriate monitoring of Company Sale is maintained.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing Company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Improves selling status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identifies sale projection by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing Horeca Channel and Project.
  • Increases sale performance by developing and coaching skill to the sale team.
  • Research and compromising market benchmark.
  • Maintains database by location district and commune.
  • Marketing and planning.
  • Risk assessement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Sale and Marketing or related field (Only Female, must have own car and driver license is prefer)
  • Minimum of 3‐5 years relevant experience.
  • Hands‐on experience with sale and marketing
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels of a large organization
