Sales Representative (8 Positions)

Report to: Sales Manager

Working Hours: 08:40am - 12:00pm, 13:00pm-17:40pm

Position Purpose: Sales Condo, Making contract and keep follow up with the customer

Duties
  • Follow up customers from Facebook, agencies, call, message, own, walk in customers etc. - Developer your own or new agencies and ask them bring customers
  • Those who have their own potential customers or friends sourcing in government, bank, Insurance company will be preferred
Requirements
  • General knowledge
  • Friendly, patient, kindly warm welcome to the customer and other staff
  • Good at problem solving
  • Ability to work in group/team
  • Ability to work in under pressure
  • Fluent in Khmer and English(Chinese a plus)
  • Or the native of France, Japanese and Korean people
 

MEP Engineering (1 Position)

Duties
  • 工作地点在柬埔寨的金边；
  • 负责现场机电专业进度、质量、成本控制、安全管理及相关协调工作，确保工程管理目标的实现；
  • 负责审核施工图纸设计、监理规划及实施细则，监督其执行情况；
  • 负责工程现场、技术协调、现场变更签证等工作过程中与相关部门的协调工作；
  • 负责设计图纸、设计变更、技术核定单的审核工作；
  • 对图纸不合理的地方需提出设计修改和优化的建议；
Requirements
  • Bear hardships and stand hard work, and comprehensively control the progress, quality and safety of individual projects. Effectively monitor the daily work of the supervision unit to ensure that the project meets the contract objectives as planned
  • Familiar with Party A's project management process, relevant specifications and acceptance procedures of mechanical and electrical engineering, and project filing procedures;
  • Positive working attitude, able to work independently and withstand certain work pressure
  • Fluency in Khmer, English and Chinese is must
 

Documentary Engineering (1 Position)

Duties
  • 负责工程项目资料、图纸等档案的收集、管理;
  • 收集整理施工过程中所有技术变更、洽商记录、会议纪要等资料并归档;
  • 负责备案资料的填写、会签、整理、报送、归档;
  • 监督检查施工单位施工资料的编制、管理,做到完整、及时,与工程进度同步;
  • 在工程竣工后,负责将文件资料、工程资料立卷移交;
  • 指导工程技术人员对施工技术资料(包括设备进场开箱资料)的保管;
  • 负责对施工部位、产值完成情况的汇总、申报,按月编制施工统计报表;
  • 负责与项目有关的各类合同的档案管理;
  • 完成工程部经理交办的其他任务。
Requirements
  • Certificate of engineering
  • Fluence in English and Chinese is preferable
  • Be patient, honest and flexible
  • Can work in the field
