Head, Business Human Capital

Duties
  • Engage in stakeholders’ planning discussion to understand their strategies and formulate action plans to provide HR support to achieve HR objectives.
  • Syndicate with stakeholders on their specific requirements in terms of manpower planning, development interventions, career progression, etc.
  • Evaluate and engage line managers in establishing the right organization structure based on intended business-operating model.
  • Lead the communication and change management initiatives.
  • Provide advice to line managers on legal implications of HR issues in ensuring compliance with local laws and industry regulations.

  • Engage line manager in calibrating the right deliverables to reflect high performance culture.

Requirements
  • Master/Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resource Management, Learning & Organization Development, Psychology or equivalent or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management covering HR strategic planning, leadership & talent development, culture & engagement, compensation & rewards, and HR governance.
  • A certified Professional Training Qualification is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken of English language.
 

Senior/Business Relationship Executive

Duties

Duties
  • Market, process, and review loans applications.
  • Optimize Bank’s profit, good credit assessment and regular review of portfolio.

  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Supervise BREs and ensure high level of team performance and achievement of goals and targets set for the team.

IT Manager

Duties
  • Design, plan, and install LAN/WAN, servers and telephone systems.
  • Administer and monitor performance of systems, networking devices and applications, make sure system uptimes are maintain with SLA
  • Implement system security solutions to make sure IT systems are safe from cyber attack
  • Maintain production data center and disaster recovery data center, making sure both datacenters meet the requirement of standard datacenter
  • Make sure all servers and workstation are updated with latest anti-virus definition and security patches

Operation Executive

  • Supervise the outward and inward local clearing cheque to ensure that they are presented properly.
  • Monitor all cleared chequest hat good for payment and to return the unpaid cheques to NBC, if any.

  • Check on validation for Banker’s Cheque.
  • Check on validation for outward TTs.

  • Process the opening of accounts for Savings, Current and Fixed Deposits upon approval by the relevant officers.
