Khmer Organic Cooperative (KoC) is a social responsibility enterprise established in 2014 by working along the whole agriculture supply chains from the farm gate to the market place. KoC provides the best options for all consumers by bringing a real quality of local food and fresh produces. KoC implement Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR) by working with farming cooperatives and agricultural associations for better income and health to farmers.

Announcement Positions

Sale Manager

Duties
  • Develop sale strategy aligned with overall business strategies to reach the company’s objectives and sale target
  • Develop sale targets, sale price, sale margin and analyses sale trend base on seasonal
  • Maintain and keep good relationships with existing/new clients.
  • Plan, organize and monitor sale activities and sales system to ensure proper and effective results
  • Identify sale opportunities and intelligence to improve product quality and service
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed, and updated to achieve sale target
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital including staff capacity development plan
  • Keep routine report of sale performance and challenges to top management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sale and marketing, Agri business or higher level
  • 5 years experience in sale management level
  • Experience working with agriculture sector is an advantage
  • Have strong sale analytical skill, well understanding of sale strategy and knowledge of business management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving with high quality independent
 

Marketing Officer

Duties
  • Understand business objectives and design market research mythologies and questionnaires

Sale Representative

Duties
  • Coordinate with potential dealers relate with agriculture inputs
  • Provide educate to dealers for appropriate inputs usage
  • Set up farm demonstration for farmers and dealers learning of practical
  • Organize fields day awareness of proper practices for recommended inputs and technical advice
  • Provide technical assistant to dealers and farmers relates with inputs usage
  • Create and proposing technical guidance (leaflets, brochure..) for effectively communicate with dealers & farmers.
  • Prepare/submit weekly & monthly achievements report to supervisor
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in agriculture, agronomist any related field
  • 3 year experiences of agronomist or work with agriculture development project

Agronomist

Duties
  • To select potential farms for demonstrating safe vegetable production
  • To conduct initial farms appraisals to identify areas for improvement
  • To negotiate cost sharing with farmers of packing and pesticide storage shed construction on the demonstration farms and manage the construction work
  • To help farmers to develop a farm map
  • To train farmers on record keeping of pesticide and fertilizer applications
  • To collect water and vegetable samples, as required for analysis at a microbiology lab
  • To provide training to farmers on food safety and personal hygiene practices and follow up with farmers to ensure full adoption
  • To transfer technical perspective (agronomy, pest & disease control and post-harvest practices) and follow up with farmers to ensure adoption
  • To facilitate farm visits by farmers
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in agriculture, agronomist any related field
  • 2 year experiences of agronomist or work with agriculture development project
  • Have good knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) is more advance
  • Have experience training and working with helping farmers to adopt new techniques
  • Good command of English, communication and negotiation skills

Graphic Designer (1 Position)

  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.

  • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
