Announcement Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

This position will be responsible for high support and supervise ocean export department assigned by Operations Manager.

Duties

Make sure the daily activities of ocean export proceed smoothly:
Control daily ocean export operations;
Settle-down all problems on ocean export team;
Seek and improve ocean export service such as on-time cargo delivery, accurate and timely data entry...etc.;
Train ocean export operations staffs;
File AMS, ACI, and AFR…etc.;
Understand export clearance process and support clearance team if any;
Support Customer service team, and accounting team
Other tasks are assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements

Job knowledge 2-4 years of related ocean export supervisory experience
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Working location: Sihanouk Ville special economic zone

Duties

Skilled in handling shipping operations: contacting customers, quoting prices, checking and delivering documents, handling bills, collecting receivables and payables, tracking goods, etc.
Collate and archive documents；
Deal with all kinds of emergencies and give timely report to superiors;
Complete other related work assigned by the superior;
Operation contact window to customer

Requirements

Proficient in office software;
Good command of Chinese and English, proficient in using English to communicate emails;
Experience in logistics and transportation is preferred; be familiar to handle both of FCL and LCL shipments;
Good teamwork spirit;
Serious and responsible at work, quick thinking, good customer service awareness, strong communication, coordination and expression skills, adaptability, anti-pressure ability, and ability to deal with emergencies;
College degree or above, major in international trade, logistics, foreign trade is preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
