Accounting Manager

Report To: Finance Head

Duties
  • Maintaining day to day accounting operations into accounting system.
  • Filing accounting documentation supports.
  • Updating Cash-Bank Book and prepare reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Updating PPE (Fixed Asset) purchases into PPE List and calculate monthly depreciation.
  • Preparing monthly staff payrolls.
  • Preparing and declaring monthly and annual tax declarations/returns.
  • Preparing company financial reports and report to management on monthly basis.
  • Liaising and resolving with tax/ government department and other stakeholders regarding to tax and or accounting matters.
  • Other tasks as required by managements.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting/finance or related field, preferably with IFRS and CAS knowledge.
  • 5-10 years’ accounting/financial experiences with private sector is a plus
  • Ability to use software accounting system and good knowledge on advance excel
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented setting are necessary.
  • Ability to cope with changes in schedules, multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure and proactively
  • Demonstrate commitment to a high level of professional behavior
  • Honestly, transparency and accountability
