Duties

Contractors & Panel Builders Sales Engineer

Duties
  • Business Growth & Profitability: Achieve annual orders & sales target, respected to the commercial policies defined by the country management & business unit.
  • Project Pipelines Development: Identify, quantify & follow Commercial projects in Cambodia; Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs; Work with the end-users, consultants, SI's, and especially Contractors & Panel Builders to promote & prescribe the Schneider Electric offers; Visit the project decision-makers to specify SE’s products; Update status of such projects within bFO (Salesforce.com).

Requirements

Field Services Sales Engineer

Duties
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
  • Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers and execute sales strategies to promote extended sales coverage including cross-selling.
  • Create, plan and implement Power System’s growth initiatives through existing installed-base customers and business development.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Implement service strategy through installed-base coverage directly and through various channels.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Ability to initiate and close big deals negotiations of key contracts.
  • Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals.

  • Good technical skills and knowledge in LV/MV equipment, MCC panels & switchboards
  • Previous experience in Services and Recurring maintenance contract will be a key differentiator.
  • Must have good working experience in multi-vendor offers and delivery scenario is an advantage.

  • Master all offers from Schneider Electric which includes but not limit to MV, LV, IA, ISC, BMS and UPS, etc.
  • Maintain and develop good relations with sales teams and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update
  • From time to time, conduct training, technical update to sales teams to boost the competency within the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in M&E consultant business
  • Proven network reference with M&E consultant network
  • Have knowledge in project sales and project management
  • Good understanding of Schneider Electric’s products and competitors’ is an advantage
  • Have knowledge in main competitors
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Expert of Autocad software is a must
  • Good presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
