Sesame Noodle bar is currently looking for a lunch cook and service to help our restaurant. Some English is required. We are willing to train the right person with a good personality and strong work ethic.

Restaurant Manager Assistant

Duties
  • Responsible of lunch & dinner operations including customer service.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • In charge of petty cash & daily expenses.
  • Hiring and training new staff and managing staff regular basis.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Helping in any area of the restaurant when required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years restaurant serving experience with English.
  • Good leadership and teamwork skill.
  • Strict use of good hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (Khmer & good English).
  • Friendly, confident and willing to learn new things.
  • Proactive – always finds productive things to work on without being asked.
 

Service Staff

  • Category: Customer Service/Support
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: $190 - $250
Duties
  • General Customer Service (Greet customers, Take orders, Serve food & drinks)
  • Prepare drinks (shakes & fruit juices)
  • Assist daily shopping to a local market
  • Wash dishes, cleaning Restaurant & laundry
  • Delivery service
Requirements
  • Restaurant customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)
  • Be able to drive a Moto to deliver foods
  • Good communication skills (Khmer & Good English)
  • Honest, Friendly & Hard working
 

Cook Staff

  • Category: Catering
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: $190 - $250
Duties
  • Food Preparation (clean, wash, cut, storage, etc.)
  • Cooking (Grill, fry, Steam, etc.)
  • Washing dishes & cleaning restaurant
  • Preparing staff meals
Requirements
  • 1+ Years cooking in a foreign, western or Japanese restaurant.
  • Strict use of good hygiene and sanitation practices
  • Good communication skills (Khmer & basic English)
  • Proactive – always finds productive things to work on without being asked (cleaning, washing, preparing food, checking food stock, etc.)

General Working Conditions for Position: Restaurant Manager Assistant

  • Working hours 14PM – 10PM (Until CLOSE)
  • Day off 1 day/week (Every Mondays)
  • Probationary term 2 months (Includes training period)

General Working Conditions for Position: Service Staff

  • Working hours 8 hours/day (7:30am-15:30pm)
  • Day off 1 day a week (Every Mondays)
  • Observed Public Holiday Wage Double daily rate
  • Overtime 1.5 times more
  • Tips Shared between Khmer kitchen and wait staff

General Working Conditions for Position: Cook Staff

  • Working hours 12pm-8PM (8hrs)
  • Day off 1 day/week (Mondays)
  • Observed Public Holiday Wage Double daily rate
  • Overtime 1.5 times more
  • Tips Shared between kitchen and service staff
