Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Research & Development Department

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • With a senior research Officer, plan research projects to be in line with the R&D and institutional changes;
  • Formulate and update the research plan for the whole institution.
  • With consultation with senior research officer /head of product department updates research tools and research training for external filed researchers.
  • Develops, reviews and updates research tools to meet the objectives of the research if needed.
  • Help provide trainings related to research to hired researchers as needed.
  • Works out with branch managers to facilitate the research process.
  • Help supervise field hired researchers collecting data from the field.
  • Does data entry and data analysis in SPPS or other if needed.

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Ta Khmau and Prek Tamak

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customer’s needs.
  • Prospect new clients and assist them for loan application.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
  • Conduct loan appraisal, collect detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties), and arrange to open new loan account.
  • Prepare and execute loan application/credit memo.
  • Monitor/follow up customer repayment daily and solve later repayment in a timely manner, avoiding the debt being a serious debt.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Loan products and others banks’ products & services.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To achieved the Car loan and P-loan yearly target that provided by bank
  • Respond to collect the supported doc, site visit the residential working place and business premise, and prepare memo then submit to RLC for approval
  • Initiate and establish business relationships with auto dealers, distributors, agents, and corporate partners etc. for referrals of customers to the Bank for financing under approved consumer credit product programs and convince them to become our partner by signing MOU. Such relationships will cover new and used cards, civilian, commercial vehicles and corporate companies etc…
  • Quickly report the issues and problems arising from the referral arrangements to direct supervisor for any action so as to ensure the continuation of such relationships.
  • Make regular calls and visits to dealers and cooperate partners to nurture and sustain dealer relationships.
  • Assist to recover bad debt of the branch.
  • All other duties and matters ancillary to the above that Management may require from time to time.
Requirements:

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that bank’s credit principles and policies are followed and complied.
  • Ensure that deviations from the bank’s credit management processes/procedures/policies are identified and properly addressed.
  • Collecting supporting documents from borrowers for the loan applications and to verify the repayment sources of income.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections where necessary to verify the applications and attend meeting with borrowers to discuss loan proposals to understand their businesses.
  • Make sound recommendations based on quality analysis and ensure timely submission of the credit memos for approval.
  • Response to queries raised by Credit Risk Management Team on the loan applications.

  • Set up the plan with CCO, and BM for loan disbursement projection as monthly, quarterly and annually basis
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Closely monitor and follow up the borrowers on their business change or any problems then report to direct supervisor for taking early action on time. Ensure the loan repayment with 100% and on time follow up
  • Performs other various duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Study in year II or graduated bachelor degree of Business Administration, Management or Banking or in any related field.
  • Sound working knowledge of Computer (Ms. Word, Excel and Email).
