Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sale Agents.
  • Seeking for new strategies to push up selling borey and condo.
  • Planning and directing sales team members, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
  • Maintain client relationship.
  • Conducting regular team meeting to improve sales and find solutions.
  • Building and promoting strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with team and understanding their needs.
  • Stay informed about Real Estate industry.
  • Collect information from competitors regarding pricing, payment, method and construction market growth.
  • Prepare monthly selling report and annual.
  • Prepare monthly targets.
  • Prepare and implement selling strategies to achieve selling target of the company.
  • Meet customers in case team members can’t afford to negotiate or persuade customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing planning.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Good communication in English and Khmer.
  • Honest, Hardworking, Work under pressure and proactive.
  • Knowledge of real estate business development.
  • At least 1 year experiences in sale real estate.
 

Site Supervisor

Position Summary

Salary:

  • New Graduate: $300
  • 2 years experience: $350
  • 4 years experience plus: $400
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Calculating workload for workers team based on week and month progress.
  • Control the reporting of material use, ensuring compliance with norms.
  • Guide construction workers, check the quality of items according to the prescribed process.
  • Always closely follow the construction site to urge workers to work, ensure the requirements of quality, construction progress, labor safety, and site cleaning.
  • Divide the volume, set up the required materials- equipment for each item according to the construction schedule.
  • Check and control finishing work quality.
  • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations overseeing building work.
  • Solve any problems occurring in the construction and technical aspects of the work.
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Leadership & Management.
  • Hard working, be able to work under pressure, leadership skill, and result oriented.
  • Able to use English both speaking and writing.
  • Be able to calculate steel and cement for construction job.
  • Fresh graduated or 1 year of work experience.
  • Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost.
  • Be honest and trustworthy.
  • Be able to use AutoCAD, Google Sketch up, MS Word, Excel other software to quantity surveyor.
